The scientific journal "Environmental Law" was created to develop scientific contacts between specialists in the field of environmental law in Ukraine and other countries. Founded in April 2013

Based on the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 886 of 02.07.2020 (Annex 4) he journal is included in the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine of category "B" in the field of legal sciences (081 "Law").

The magazine is published four times a year.

The scientific journal "Environmental Law" publishes the results of scientific research of scientists of higher educational institutions and research institutions of Ukraine, foreign scientists, associate professors, graduate students, doctoral students, as well as citizens who conduct research on their own initiative.

Materials published in the scientific journal "Environmental Law" belong to the field of law (field of knowledge: 08 "Law"; specialty "081" Law ").

Program goals and thematic focus of the magazine: coverage of the problems of legal support of sustainable development; discussion of modernization of environmental legislation, preparation and adoption of the Environmental Code of Ukraine, coverage of environmental safety, environmental rights, freedoms and responsibilities of citizens of Ukraine, coverage of environmental and legal mechanism of environmental protection, management in the field of nature protection and RKPR.

 The magazine is registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Certificate of state registration of the KV series № 20486-10286P dated 24.12.2013).

The journal is included in the international scientometric database Index Copernicus International (Republic of Poland).

The editorial board consists of leading scientists from Ukraine and foreign countries.

The National Library of Ukraine named after VI Vernadsky accepted for repository issues of the scientific publication "Environmental Law", which are presented on the portal in the information resource "Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine".

The scientific journal "Environmental Law" is registered in the scientometric database "Google Scholar".
